The Informal Science Education Association (ISEA) provides support to the diverse informal science education community in order to strengthen science learning in Texas. As a non-profit organization, all funds are channeled back into our organization. This includes but is not limited to: our website and software subscriptions, costs for annual conferences including venue rentals, catering and keynote speakers. This support is crucial to our organization and the professional development opportunities we provide to our members throughout Texas.

Each year, the ISEA Board organizes an annual conference as a place to convene this statewide network of informal science educators to enhance collaboration and partnerships, offer opportunities to continue learning , and share our successes.
